lol i'm back after dunno how many months..
it's june already
had this sudden feeling to blog again..
hmmm..
how should i start?

it all started when i was tapping my ez-link card one day
if it was me in the past probably a few months back
i would just tap when i got on the bus and not tap when i got down the bus
all i thought that well i'm a student anyway the fare would be the same
then it just hit to me a few days back
however reluctant i was
i managed to take out the ezlink card from my handphone pouch and tap when i got down the bus
i was quite amazed at first
but maybe i realised myself that i'm already getting older and 18 years old soon
mature already, lol sign of becoming a real adult soon

i heard many people say that when we get older, we'll not cry as much as when we were younger
but dunno why
i think i became more childish
whenever i watch tv i can just cry immediately
sad or happy i'll still cry
or is it because i'm in love now, i'm able to feel love more aptly than ever?
weird

hustings is gonna to be held on monday
which is rather soon
whenever i reflect upon my duty as a comm member now and then
i feel kinda sad

no longer will i be able to help tkd members carry the hand mits for training
or stretch together with the j2s anymore
sometimes i wonder since
when did we develop the wonderful friendship together
it all happened too fast and went by too fast

once again how i wish time would just stop there forever

We are gonna thrash PW!

It's raining very heavily outside my room now..
Just woke up from a nice nap which i haven't had for a very long time
Been PWing with my group members these few nights..
It was tough, but also memorable..
How often can one always meet up with the same few people doing the exact thing over and over again, without getting bored of each other?
Instead, we've enjoyed each other's presence as it somehow gives us security and warmth within us even when we are faced with the toughest problems...

I feel very lucky to have been in TJ092, to be with them..
To have been someone who have been concerned by four other buddies who were once complete strangers

Been wondering why i have been not smiling as much as before..
I thought it was PMS again..
But i suddenly realised that it was because PW is ending in a few weeks' time...
PW is irritating, i got to admit that
but what makes me miss it will be planning the regular meetings that we've had ..
being startled by each other's weird behaviour and habits as we communicate along
buying and enjoying the foodstuff that each of us had prepared for each other
the times when we decided to just let go and play mahjong to "destress"
making fun of each other when they do silly stuff(even though it was me all the time)

Seriously, I have no idea how we became BFFs. HAHA! I cannot remember our first conversation or what we first did together. But I'm certainly glad we are what we are today --BFFs.
I miss those days when we were table partners cause of our height. HAHA! We were really playful/naughty & totally crappy. Drawing on Marcus Wong's shirt, taking away Jaren's stuff, peeking at each other's chinese spelling/dictation, stepping on shoes, spraying water at each other, (Jokers, tsktsk) walking back home together (well, the interchange for me) & even though sometimes it's out of your way, you still walk me there. I love the rainy days when we'll walk home altogether (you, me, hui sei, hui lin, and sometimes your brother) and there'll be tadpoles in the small drain. I love it that you're (always) our captain's ball captain because you were TALL. & TALL you are still, up till today. I hate it how you can grow like 1cm every year while now I'm still staying stagnant at 165cm and you're like... 172? 173? 174? 175?! HAHA! I can never remember your height cause you're so tall. HAHA! & it's constantly increasing. LOL! & you always lent me your SHE albums and you still love them till now. Loyal fan of theirs you are, I swear. HAHA! & a loyal supporter of banana & yellow. HAHA!
& I love it how our feet size are the same and we can wear each other's shoes all the time! :D HAHA! I can still remember like two years back, we exchanged our slippers on the train and took photos of it (where is it nowww?!) HAHA! And the expression on others' faces. I love how you're so half-brained and we actually came up this name for you (I still remember) when we were secondary 2 and at the playground under xr's house playing and spinning all around and you wanted to say things but always forgot them halfway. HAHA! I love the funny/sweet/sour/bitter moments we've ever had within this period of time we've known each other.

May our friendship be so sweet/sour/bitter every time and no matter what, we will not drift apart/seperate/distant off from each other. I want us to be super-glue-ee close and loving as we all are now! :DD
I want us to grow old together! Being there for each other when we fall out with our boyfriends/other friends, going off overseas to study to be what we want to be (the same thing), being the bridesmaid/sisters for each other's wedding, helping each other out for house decorating+warming, being there for each other for whoever who gives birth/get pregnant first (or we could just do it together, as in getting pregnant and giving birth), being there for each other's kid's first birthday party, being there for each other's ranting on growing up (problematic, hopefully not) kids, celebrating each other's 80th birthday, walking the dogs together at 81, being hospitalised side-by-side (touch wood) towards the end of our lives with one hand holding our love and the other holding each other's, and falling into deep sleep together. & finally, going to heaven together! my father was super duper anxious after knowing my results...

he came back from work that thursday evening...
i was having a nap after the mahjong session...
he woke me up..
and handed me 11 bus routes on how to travel from serangoon to bedok which he researched from the sbstransit website...

he even downloaded and printed the orientation list from temasek jc...
everything i needed...
i was stumped la...

the next day...
he woke me up at 7.30am...
and together with my mother...
we planned and took the ideal bus route together...
exactly one hour to reach temasek jc from my house...

along the way...
my parents talked a lot of crap on how they dated when they were still young...
bedok was practically their dating territory...
they watched movies in the super old princess theatre...
they ate the ba chor mee at the hawker centre...
they shopped at the ntuc...
all these was thirty years ago...

OMG...
at first i thought they only knew each other for about two or three years before i was born...
then my father corrected me...
"30 years , 30 years...your mummy dated me since she was sixteen"
of course i was completely shocked...
i'm sixteen now and hasn't dated anyone yet...

my father insisted on walking to the bedok community club where he spent his days playing carom with his friends...
he said he was a champion back then...
i thought that was pretty awesome...
maybe that's why my mum married him..
maybe i should buy him carom set on his birthday...

Hi hi..
I'm back again...
Wore quite a lot of new clothes during the new year..
the heels were quite comfortable unexpectedly...
many relatives thought i grew taller..
that's the comment that i would least like to hear every year...

just yesterday...
after collecting most of the ang baos...
gigi had a little discomfort...
she was peeing blood with urine...
my goodness..
i've never seen such blood red urine before...
of course i was freaked out for a while..
so was gigi...
not from her urine..
but from our screaming...
she peed three times in all yesterday...
i was almost looking over the bio textbook once again to check if it was something related to kidney or what...
don't know whether is it because i've studied bio so i tend to look too much into gigi's problem...
was looking over the internet and imagining all types of worst situations that gigi could get into...
worried sick...

took her to the vet this evening with my parents...
waited over an hour for consultation..
another hour for xray results...
it wasn't that serious..
but it wasn't as easy as i thought too..

gigi has bladder stones...
four some more..
each of them were as big as a quail egg...
and they were rubbing against gigi's bladder walls...
gigi doesn't seem affected by it...
still as lively as marley..

but my ang bao money is gone...
she needs an operation which costs $1500..
i could just buy any other dog with that money...
but well...
she's still and always my gigi....

Just came back from Sentosa...
Once again i'm in my yellow yellow shirt..
Had a slight sun burn...
but had a great time at palawan beach..
The beach was so much cleaner than pasir ris or east coast...

with some eggs i fried that morning and bread...

didn't see a peacock this time but managed to catch a glimpse of a squirrel...

Hi, i'm back after such a long time!
well, mother earth is finally finishing its revolution around the sun called 2008 soon..
Been thinking and reflecting on the many things i did this year..
it's not remarkable but it's good for me to reminisce once in a while..
maybe i can cut out those new year resolutions thing for 2009..

it's time for me to really work hard and harder to get what I want..

been walking past mrt stations this holiday..

oh yea..
had quite a fruitful day yesterday..
it was raining very heavily yesterday morning..
so my mother decided to drive me to school..
who knows there came a cute little maltese dog which came running towards us..
it was so cute..
then it followed my mum all the way to the car..
we waited for 5 minutes for the owner..
thinking that it had lost it's way...
i carried it to the car and my mother fetched it home..
so i went home immediately after school today to find its owner..
fortunately, my mother had put up a notice on the finding of the dog..
the owner had contacted my mother and arranged for her son to pick up the dog under the flat..
chee yew was interested to play with the dog too..
so he stayed with me and the maltese until her owner came..
it was a boy about my age..
stella also wanted to look at the dog but she came too late..
the dog was gone already...

i just realised i haven't asked for the dog's name..
haha..
well never mind..
at least it has been returned to its owner...
meanwhile my three naughty imps at home were howling non stop due to the arrival of the maltese all the way until the dog has been returned to its owner..
girls are always full of jealousy i guess..
anyway chee yew and stella went to my house to slack and play with my dogs..
all the way until stella and i proceed to serangoon cc to play badminton with the rest of the 4e1 peeps..
had a good game with mr poh and the rest..
4e1 really have potential in badminton..
even mr poh..

haven't felt such satisfaction for a very long time ..
ever since i received my prelim results..
i shall work even harder from today onwards!

She has a habit of typing long paragraphs of things not related to maths at all at the top or bottom of each math worksheet..

Had badminton with chieh-ling this morning...

We weren't exactly playing as we did not have the net..

Then there came the owner of one of kiki's boyfriend, an auntie..

She decided to play with us doubles with another friend..

We really had serious practice..

I'm sure chieh-ling has honed her skills by the end of today..

Though it seems to be a light game but those aunties really thought that they were our coaches..

They played really well..

But chieh-ling and i were too imperfect to compete with them..

Thus we decided to go to the newly built park just next to the badminton court..

Gosh it was hot..

But we had fun at the playground though chieh-ling had a bit of difficulty getting up the seat that is high above her height!

I've got a new email from the university of melbourne...

OMG!
How i wish i could go there right now..
Just right now to fulfil my dream..
It seemed too far fetched now...
But as time goes by..
I feel like I'm already a student there..
A vet school student..
I could even imagine myself wearing a doctor's robe and a stethoscope..

But also as time goes by..
am i dreaming or am i aspiring exactly..
I feel that the more i hope for, the harder i'll fall back to square one..

it sucks once again..
did not do english compo as i thought there's no lesson tmr..

all the way until 3am
really can't get to bed until i listened to some really soothing songs on my ipod..
just when i was about to get into lalaland..
i noticed that the star that i see every night before i get to sleep finally has a companion..
though the other star did not shine as brightly as the other..
it seemed to be just wanting to be beside it..

i shall post about yesterday..
had a longer day than the rest of my hcl classmates..
jiang lao shi did not have to invigilate the oral exam..
after that went with ralpheal to have dou nai opposite school
saw dawei going home after school..
we chased after him...
caught up with him and decided to walk aimlessly since the three of us have nothing to do..
i felt like puking out all the dou nai while i was chasing..
i insisted on going to mac to enjoy some aircon before walking again..
saw hui xian and yimin in mac..
went up to them in mac...
but dawei and ralpheal abandoned me..
haha..
i thought that was fine..
at least i had aircon
talked to them for three hours at macs
so great
we talked about everything..
we got hungry along the way..
so combined money to buy two large fries..
but yimin accidentally toppled the fries..
i and huixian were stumped..
we were expecting the macs people to give us a replacement..
but they did not..
then there was a very kind uncle who wanted to give us a ten dollar note to buy another two large fries
we were stumped once again
we did do anything..
so pai seh..
we got even more pai seh when the uncle bought for us personally because we did not dare to accept his money..
then he even got chilli sauce for us..
fortunately the mac people replaced the two large fries for us
then the uncle cancelled his order..
so awkward..
i shall that uncle the kind uncle..

somehow we crapped until the love topic
how some boyfriends were so good to their girlfriends.
and the inevitable question..
the criteria for an ideal boyfriend
all of us are in the age when the hormones are raging the most..
that doesn't sound that right
all of us want to have someone to care for you in the loving manner
hui xian didn't expect me to want a boyfriend too
I WANT TO FALL IN LOVE
but there isn't the right one yet..
when can i ever find the right one?

had quite a short day today..
the main things i did was to test the express chinese people in 4e1 some possible oral questions..
quite fun actually..
i like being both an examiner and a candidate..
when i was an examiner...
i like it when the candidates look me in the eye and show me their confidence..
when i was a candidate..
i like it when i look at the examiner and the examiner agrees on what i say..

once again i'm going to say that time really flies..
half a year ago, i was having my o level mother tongue oral..
i remember i was the last of my batch on that day..
i was shivering because of that damned cold special room..

and now the express chinese students had had their oral..
i really want to give my best wishes to my classmates..
all i can do is give my best wishes to them..

meanwhile, while they were having their lunch..
lame mr poh was crapping non stop unusually again..
he seems to be watching me more than often ever since school reopened..
or is it i'm just too sensitive..
although he likes to disturb zhang zhe frequently...
just like he did today when he screamed that a fire was coming when zhang zhe was sleeping instead of doing e math worksheet..
found it quite funny though it scared me..

let me summarise what are the main highlights of each day after school reopened...

1. for the first time in my life: rush for stupid chinese homework that i was supposed to receive before the holidays

2.get emo after chinese lesson because for the first time of my life, i felt that my chinese sucks in my chinese class( i don't even realise that until chee yew noticed that after every chinese lesson)

3. study physics practically everyday for dynamics and worry that d.c motor would really kill me

4.putting up with my bloody sister who is constantly playing that bloody rubik's cube every moment i see her and she is still playing in front of me right now..

5.reading a book on vet school, and constantly worrying that i cannot score well for o and a levels and i can't enter my dream university..

6. spending a lot at kopitiam in order to get a stupid blue card..

7. waiting for the " 10 promises to my dog" to be released and it's finally released..

8.watching that tang xin feng bao and get angered by that mistress who always appears to be the nice one in front of everybody..

9. get manipulated by that person from adam khoo and forced to sit with 4e2

10.getting rid of the irrtating balms from gigi's head which have been growing on gigi's head like pimples ever since my mother fed them the leftover chicken from overnight soup..

11. get mocked by robin pua when my hair gets messier by the day..

12. my eyebags getting more swollen by the day for no reason

13. haven't finished doing the kinematics worksheet given during the holidays

14.having many many weird and scary dreams every night

15.waiting to watch the third season of Ghost Whisperer

16.having an obsession into staring into space and i like it very much

17. had a mix up with the burgers i bought and ended up eating nothing..

18. cutting up azone foolscape cover page into many shapes

19. felt really happy that i improved on my oral once again

20.able to sleep early for the past few nights..

off now studying for bio prac tomorrow!

just recalled what i did on friday..
4e1 bbq..
quite happy indeed..
so the scientists were quite accurate in fact..
which i thought was quite amazing..

which i was supposed to receive before the holidays..

never mind..
ginger teacher is quite biased against me nowadays, she didn't even cared whether i received it or not..

the holidays are gone..
so fast..
anyways posting on the 4e1 bbq we had on last friday..
first...
went to cycle at east coast at around 11.00am on friday all the way until changi area..
Aeroplanes are cool...
Passed by moe changi coast adventure camp..
The one that we had for our sec 3 camp..
the one that i complained of the noisy aeroplanes passing over the girls' dormitory every night..
how time flies..

Then we went to subway for lunch..
perhaps it's because i had too much water while cycling..
Ate quite little..
I weighed myself after that, i lost two kg after the whole thing..
Amazing..

Then walked all the way to our bbq pit..
Quite a long distance..
Sam, stella, travis went ahead first as we were quite late..
While junhao had cramps along the way..
chee yew and i stayed to keep him company...
cramps are scary..

when we arrived at the pit, some were already setting up the fire..
while i sat by the breakwater looking at the currents..
i really enjoy the feeling of just thinking about nothing..as if nothing bothered you..
though i admit i did think of waves taught in geog..
chee yew came in and started complaining that the seawater very green, polluted..
disturb the ambience i had created before that..
decided to talk to a maid who was walking a pomeranian along the beach
dogs was one topic that we can never talk finish on..
dogs nowadays are so fortunate..

i did manage to fly our class kite for the first time..
it's my first time that i had managed to fly a kite.
using my mother's thread..
once again, it's amazing..
call me the kite queen..

i didn't really help much in the barbecueing part ..
spent most of the time socialising with the teachers and classmates,
as well as serving them food..
once again i was back to the breakwater to enjoy the night breeze and looked at the starry sky..
it was a full moon night..
how perfect..
it was a wonderful bbq, joking with the teachers, and helping each other with the bbq..

it's a very very sad day today..
received smses since yesterday of news of kelvin tan..
very very shocked at first..
went to school this morning for physics today..
Mrs ong went to the physics lab today to console us..
But it didn't help much either..
It only made me more guilty..
Guilty that i didn't pay much attention to his lessons when he was still with us..
Guilty that i couldn't really do much..
Guilty as a student of his..
Went to the conference room with sam and chee yew to talk to some of the teachers and councillors to discuss about this issue
the only thing i can do is to inform the other classes about this thing
at least they know what's going on

Fortunately there's ms ong and mrs ngiam..

Went to ikea today to eat lunch and headed off for mr tan's wake in the later part of the afternoon..
along the way jolene and chiehling called me about this thing also..
then we reached the church where his wake was held..
we gave our condolences to his family..
and stayed there for quite a while..
everyone was solemn for a long moment..
no matter how sad i was..
i really do not like to see sad faces around me..
until the teachers came..
they came to talk to us..
that really brightened up my day a little..

all i could do now is to pray hard for mr tan..
after all he had taught us ss for half a year..
and most importantly to do well in whatever subject and score in it..not only in ss

i've noticed that our humanities teacher doesn't seem to teach us for more than half a year..
first it was michelle chan who left for her studies..
then it was mr lee who will be leaving probably after this semester..

after all this..
Life is really that fragile..
Something that we mustn't take that for granted..
if we don't treasure it, it will slip off from our hands forever...

Went shopping with aunt today..

Had a very boring day..
Had an absurd encounter with a lady today..
She sold waffles..
I was buying waffles from her today..
Just the whole process took 30 minutes..
I just wanted a butter waffle..
Firstly, she spread the waffle mixture over that thing to make waffles..
Then, she closed the lid..
After about three seconds, she opened the lid again and found out there was not enough mixture..
Then i waited..
Her face was as black as the biscuit i burned for bio spa today..
That black..
She was staring into space for at least 20 minutes before she opened the lid to check the waffle..
FYI: THE WEATHER WAS VERY HOT THIS AFTERNOON & I WALK HOME!

FInally when that stupid waffle was finally done,
She took out the waffle and put it on a plate..
She AIRED the waffle..
Who on earth want to buy a waffle that is cold..
After FIVE minutes of AIRING,
she finally took out the butter..
she waited for the butter to soften..
That took at least one minute..
Then she slowly spread the butter on that stupid waffle which refuses to cool down..
Wonder all that conduction, convection and radiation go to..
She wrapped the waffle into a paper that some kinda sucks oil..
Then, she put the waffle into a plastic bag..
Just when i was ready to take the waffle from her hands..
She put the waffle back again..
She unwrapped it..
She repeated the process of unwrapping the waffle for at least three times VERY SLOWLY then she finally gave it to me!
I tell you something..
The butter still leaked..
OMG!
This is the first time i would feel so frustrated by just buying a stupid waffle that did not taste nice in the end..

Mugging AMATHS now..

Was reading the last few chapters of Marley and Me yesterday night..

There's coffee oreo and new york cheesecake..
Had fun..

Life is short..

That dreadful learning carnival is finally over..
Went to east coast today with chieh-ling and kai wen..
Stupid Chieh-ling went to put sand all over her body..
The sea breeze was so fantastic and the day was so fine..
It was hot but we did not sweat..
The wind simply blew away my troubles and worries..
We bought two cups of bubble tea each..
Made a wise choice to go near nature rather than watch a movie..
But i will still watch a movie..
It's a long weekend you know
I'm having a stupid headache now..
I'm disturbed..

Went to the esplanade yesterday to watch cedar girls' choir performance..
With my cousin and aunt..
We were like so stupid not to stay at the esplanade to wait for the taxi but walk into the cbd to take one..
We waited for like half an hour which was already ten thirty in the night..
Stupid..
School today was horrible..
Weird learning carnival..
Study study and study..
We are not robots..
I really don't like this year's activities..
I really want to play hard this time round..
This will probably be my last chance to play before the o levels..

HAPPY MOTHERS'S DAY
Went to have an evening stroll by the prawn pond yesterday after mother's day dinner..

After chem spa today, Anthia and Jolene came to my house..

Then, Jolene took away KIKI's attention, then i became so jealous..

Haha..

Anthia finally managed to touch kiki though..

Then we changed and took the mrt to vivo city..

Ate at sushi tei and we had the seaview..

Took a lot of zi lian photos...

Anyway, we did a lot of things and went to many places like Daiso, Pet Safari, Ben and Jerry's , Toy r us, candy empire..

Jo went home earlier so i and anthia continued searching for a new wallet

but we didn't buy in the end

we ended walking for so long

my leg want to break already

last stop was hougang mall

went there to buy things for tmr's picnic

tmr's picnic will be quite fun..

i hope so..

Back from 2.4km run..
Last run for zhss..
Seems kinda sad..
Anyway, what matters was not the results but how we helped each other along the way..

It has been so freaky for me for the past few weeks...

Thursday was memorable for me..

The last thursday that i'll be part of calligraphy..

I didn't want to come to the last practice at first..

I felt so annoyed that I couldn't go and watch Sky of love with chieh-ling and the rest..

But I didn't know what to do..

So Stella and I began counting the leaves and fruits of plants to decide whether to go or not..

In the end, it was always odd numbers..

So i decided to go..

Something great happened..

The sec ones were so cute..

They bought me presents..

So sweet..

Only then i remembered how I gave presents to the previous batch of seniors before their prelims...

It is my turn..

I was so touched by what my juniors did..

My efforts for them was well worth..

I felt so lucky that I didn't skip this practice..

Most of the sec 4s went out for dinner after practice..

At Mac

We spent almost three hours there..

Talking about the past four years that we had spent together..

It was fate..

The previous batch of Sec 4s were there too..

Though they study in different jcs now,

they still study together every friday..

We left mac at about nine thirty..

It was very late.

And I had so many things to carry home..

So many presents that I really treasure a lot..

Nini,Robin and I began telling ghost stories that really freaked me out..

I had to ask my brother to fetch me home even..

I am coward..
